Address Infrastructures Private Limited was incorporated on 11 December 2015 under the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh.
Its early registered-office footprint was in Village Togan, PR-4, Sector 17, Mullanpur / New Chandigarh, near the International Cricket Stadium — placing the company’s origins firmly in the Chandigarh–Mohali growth story.
From residential development in New Chandigarh and Kharar, the portfolio later extended to Panipat and then to commercial development in Gurugram.

Ankit Sidana
Founder & Managing Director
Public company and Haryana RERA records identify Ankit Sidana as the Managing Director / CEO and authorised representative of Address Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. His formal association with the company is recorded from July 2016.
His leadership journey with Address Infra can be traced through the company’s major milestones: the New Chandigarh residential chapter, the Kharar villa portfolio, the Panipat expansion and, more recently, the move into Gurugram’s commercial real estate market through 3X Crossing.
The evolution reflects a shift from home-led development to a broader platform focused on residential communities, retail, commercial floors and destination-led real estate.
